PROFESSIONAL IMMERSION
Each learner completes two weeks of professional immersion to apply acquired skills in a real working environment.
The immersion may include installations, maintenance, repairs, technical visits or supervised work with a technician or partner company.
The learner prepares a simple report on the work completed and skills developed.
FINAL SOLUTION PRESENTATION
At the end of the programme, each learner presents a solar solution addressing a real need.
The learner must assess the need, size the system, select the equipment, prepare the budget and explain the proposed installation.
This presentation assesses technical skills, professional communication and the ability to convince a customer or employer.
