About CECOSDAFormation

Imagine a Cameroon where each young person sees the ecological transition not as a constraint, but as a real gateway to autonomy and professional integration. This is the dream that drives CECOSDAFormation, born from the conviction of the NGO CECOSDA : the fight against climate change is also a tremendous economic opportunity for young people. To transform this dream into reality, we have created a training center dedicated to green careers, where learning happens differently : through practice, creativity, and innovation.

From day one, our learners handle real equipment in an application workshop designed as a true laboratory for local innovations. We know that the cost of technical training is a major obstacle; that's why we daily mobilize the NGO's resources and revenue from the Équitable Énergie brand to subsidize our CQPs and short workshops. In October or April, each young person can join one of our two annual intakes and benefit from a 100% field-based teaching approach, complemented by internships with partner companies and green entrepreneurship projects.
