History

About us

CECOSDAFormation a été créé dans le cadre du programme Accès à l'énergie du Centre pour la Communication et le Développement Durable pour Tous (CECOSDA ONG). Depuis 2017, CECOSDAFormation est agréé par le Ministère de l'Emploi et de la Formation Professionnelle du Cameroun (MINEFOP) et reconnu comme acteur de développement durable par le Ministère de l'Environnement, de la Protection de la Nature et du Développement Durable (MINEPDED). Cette reconnaissance témoigne de notre engagement en faveur de pratiques pédagogiques de qualité et de notre contribution à la durabilité environnementale.

Our centre has already offered Certificats de Qualification Professionnelle (CQP) for administrative assistants, with a 100% professional integration rate. So far, in the energy sector, we have mainly offered workshops and seminars on solar energy, in collaboration with the Schneider Electric Foundation. We have also carried out ambitious projects to promote access to solar energy, with the support of the French Agency for Ecological Transition (ADEME) as part of the Access Energy programme. These initiatives have helped to increase awareness and training around sustainable energy solutions.

CECOSDA propose un apprentissage pratique à travers des ateliers et des projets adaptés aux besoins locaux. Nous collaborons avec des partenaires tels que Schneider Electric pour garantir une formation de haute qualité.

Recognised diplomas

Our certifications and CQPs are validated by recognised bodies, including the French Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training (MINEFOP), ensuring employability and training that is relevant to the job market.

Internships and projects

In addition to practical exercises on test benches, each course includes mini-internships and innovative projects, offering students concrete work experience and the opportunity to build a network in their field.

Affordability

We offer scholarships and instalment options, making education more affordable and helping students invest in their future without too many financial constraints.

Bilingualism

Courses are bilingual in English and French and all course materials and manuals are available in both languages to enable the centre to be accessible to English speakers as well as French speakers.

Online training available

Avec sa plateforme E-learning et une salle équipée en visioconférence, le centre offre les formations CQP Assistant administratif et certains modules sur le solaire et l'électricité.

Laptops available for each student

The centre has a digital room with computers available for each learner. We also offer laptops as training grants.
